Problem Statement

Taparia is one of the largest tool manufacturing companies, operating multiple departments, shifts, machines, and a large workforce across its production units.

However, core operational tracking such as employee work hours, production quantities, and machine efficiency was handled manually using Excel sheets and paper-based records.

Supervisors and operators recorded data in spreadsheets, which were later compiled, verified, and recalculated by different teams before management could review performance or productivity.

Because the workflow relied heavily on manual processes:
