Problem Statement
The client runs a growing vegetable supply business, serving daily customers, restaurants, and bulk buyers.
Until now, everything was handled offline—from taking orders to generating bills, tracking payments, and recording expenses.
They were also dependent on third-party apps, which charged commissions and made it difficult to maintain their own customer base.
Because the system was manual:
- Bills had to be created by hand
- Personalised customer bills were difficult to generate
- Tracking daily expenses and payments was messy
- Drivers, managers, and accountants had no centralized workflow
- Data often got misplaced, leading to confusion at month-end
The business needed its own digital platform to manage billing, expenses, and roles—all in one place.

Solution
We built a complete digital platform for Exotic Vegetables using React (PWA) on the frontend and Node.js + Supabase (Postgres) + Prisma on the backend.
The system now allows the client to:
- Generate personalised bills instantly
- Track customer payments and outstanding balances
- Manage expenses with proper categorisation
- Assign roles for drivers, accountants, and managers
- See day-wise and month-wise business performance
- Access everything on mobile through a fast PWA
- Reduce dependency on third-party apps completely
Using shadcn UI, we built a clean, modern interface that feels smooth and easy for the client's team.
Supabase + Prisma ensured secure, structured, and scalable data management as the business grows.
What earlier required notebooks, calculators, and multiple phone calls is now managed through a single digital dashboard.
